                            SARA SKINNER.

Biography

This is not the typical straight-pop teen female artist. Rock Pop singer-songwriter Sara Skinner has a style akin to some of today’s successful acts including Avril Lavigne, Brandy Carlile, Lana del Rey & P!nk. Sara’s vocals are nearly unanimously embraced as aggressive, yet soft & eerie at times. “Dark & desperate” are common words used to depict the artist’s songwriting.

While cultivating a constantly multiplying social media fan base through Youtube, Facebook & Twitter, Sara plays live shows at many of the notable venues on the Sunset Strip (Roxy, Viper Room, House of Blues, Whisky A Go Go, etc.). Sara also regularly plays acoustically on the streets of Hollywood Blvd & Santa Monica.
She is currently working towards the next EP, co-writing with a list of well established songwriters that includes Grammy Winning Clif Magness & current Songwriter Hall of Fame nominee Holly Knight.
