Buddy Holly 3rd Feb 1959


On February 3rd 1959, Buddy Holly Died in a plane crash, In the plane was also Richie Valence & The Big Bopper, 



Buddy left us with a legacy of songs like : Rave on, Peggy Sue,
True love ways, That'l be the day
and many more, Along with his band The Cricketts, Buddy was a big hit all over the world in the 1950s,



 A song dedicated to him was recorded by Mike Berry called :A tribute to Buddy Holly,
Was recorded at RGM sound ( Joe Meek) Studio in 304 Holloway Road , London N7, A Truly Great record indeed ! Buddy Died on the same date as Joe Meek but Joe Died 3rd Feb 1967.   Buddy Holly left us with a great deal of remember able Music to last a lifetime, He will never be forgotten , RIP Buddy.
